Warehouse Flared Welded Galvanized Steel Metal Storage Mesh Deck for Pallet Racking

Welfor wire mesh decking  made of strong welded wire mesh, with support channel to each pane. Simply drops in place with deck supports wrapped around the top and face of the beams. They are excellent for storing individual components, cartons or irregular loads. It sits on the pallet racking beams and acts as a shelf. This offers an alternative to timber decking and solid steel panel solutions. This product also allows the permutation of sprinkler water in the eve. It is available in either a painted or galvanized finish. Multiple panels can be used on a beam level to provide full coverage and loading per panel can be as much as 1500kg UDL. The standard design involves mesh welded to support bars that then sit on the pallet racking beam to help dissipate the load. A heavy duty design involves using pressed locked steel grating with 90 degree steel angles that sit on the pallet racking beams.

1, What is MOQ limitation for rack system?
++ NO. But large purchase will bring competitive prices, 20FT container ( 10T~13T) is highly recommended, so that  production can be better handled.

2, What is the lead time
++ As per 20FT container loading, manufacture time is about 10-15 days; Regarding some customized items 20-25 days will be covered.

3,  What is payments methods you can accept?
++ T/T and L/C are welcomed.

4, How about your sample delivery?
++ Short section of uprights and beams can be provided free of charge. But the freight will be collected upon your duty.

5, What is warranty for your rack system?
++ All rack items will be warrantied against manufacture's defects.
