Product Description

Welfor 6-Tier Medium Duty Steel Rack is a robust and versatile industrial storage solution widely deployed in general warehouses, cold storage centers and distribution facilities. Featuring solid steel structure and reliable load-bearing performance, this rack is ideal for storing bulky, lengthy and heavy goods.

We have rich experience in on-site renovation projects. One typical case is the installation for a cold storage warehouse in Florida: we completed rack dismantling and new assembly in a fully operational freezer with goods still in stock, enabling the client to resume loading, picking and order processing without downtime.

The rack adopts blue main frames and orange box beams, equipped with dedicated safety pins to prevent beams from accidental disengagement. The layer height is fully adjustable to match diverse cargo sizes, and different beam and upright specifications can be selected flexibly according to actual load requirements.

Product Working Principle

This medium duty pallet rack consists of assembled upright frames and box beams, specially designed for storing, sorting and handling palletized goods. Pallets serve as standard load bases for cargo transportation and storage, and the rack structure is engineered to match standard pallet sizes, maximizing vertical and horizontal storage space.

Forklifts are commonly used for pallet handling. The rack can be built into multi-tier structure according to warehouse ceiling height, while different rack types can be selected based on goods accessibility requirements. Some models adopt slightly inclined rails to utilize gravity for labor-saving loading and unloading.

Safety is prioritized throughout design and usage. Please strictly follow the rated load capacity and never overload the rack. Do not use damaged pallets to avoid structural collapse and safety accidents. All uprights and beams are firmly assembled for stable bearing. Equipped decking and protective accessories can prevent goods from falling and further improve overall operational safety. We provide both brand-new customized racks and standard used racks to meet different budget and dimension demands.
