1. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no fixed MOQ for standard pallet racks. Bulk orders can enjoy more competitive pricing. We highly recommend 20FT container orders (10T-13T) for stable production and cost-effective shipment arrangement.

2. What is your production lead time?
The standard production cycle for pallet rack systems is 20-25 working days after order confirmation.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We support flexible and secure payment terms, including T/T and L/C.

4. Can you provide product samples?
Free short-section samples of uprights and beams are available. Customers only need to bear the freight cost.

5. What is your product warranty policy?
All racking products are warranted against manufacturing defects. In addition to standard complete accessories, we will provide 1%-2% free spare parts to avoid component shortage or missing during installation and daily use.
