- What is the MOQ limitation for the rack system?
- There is no MOQ limitation. However, large purchases bring competitive prices. A 20FT container (10T-13T) is highly recommended for better production efficiency.
- What is the lead time for production?
- For a 20FT container loading, the manufacture time is about 10-15 days. For customized items, it takes 20-25 days.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit).
- Can you provide samples for delivery?
- Short sections of uprights and beams can be provided free of charge. However, the freight cost will be collected upon arrival.
- What is the warranty for your rack system?
- All rack items are warranted against manufacturer's defects. We also provide 1%~2% spare parts to ensure no components are missing.
- Are custom configurations available?
