1. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the rack system?
There is no fixed MOQ for our mezzanine rack systems. Bulk purchase orders can enjoy more competitive pricing. We highly recommend 20FT container orders (10T-13T) to ensure stable production and efficient order processing.

2. What is your production lead time?
Standard 20FT container orders take 10-15 working days. For personalized customized structural and dimensional products, the production lead time is 20-25 working days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We support flexible and secure payment terms, including T/T and L/C at sight.

4. Can you provide product samples?
Free short-section samples of uprights, beams and floor panel accessories are available. Customers only need to bear the freight cost.

5. What is your product warranty policy?
All racking products are warranted against manufacturing defects. In addition to standard complete accessories, we will provide 1%-2% free spare parts to avoid component shortage or missing during installation and daily operation.
